Dear Annegien, Much greetings from YWCA kisii branch. Am very much greatiful for your email and your interest to change and improve lives of the underprevileged in Africa. Else told me about you and your dream to support a project in Africa. Its through God’s grace that you fulfill it through our Kisii branch. We have also been longing to get somebody to assist us construct a multpurpose centre to assist orphans to acquire various vocational training skills, a space to offer HIV/AIDS counselling to youth, affected & infected, A resource centre, and atleast a hostel to accommodate the orphans without homes during the training. As a women organisation, dealing with the marginalised women, the centre will also offer an opportuning to women to receive various training to build their capacities hence improve their lives within the community. YWCA kisii branch is actively involved with HIV/AIDS activities i.e Orphans support with School fees, uniforms, food and clothing, people living with Hiv/aids through donations from well wishers.anti campaigns against Female Genital Mutilation which is rampart in the community and other projects aimed at empowering women who are looked upon by men. Once more am happy that Else was able to get intouch with you as promised and I welcome you to partner with us as we try to bring meaning to the lives of the most vulnerable group in our community.if you fill you can support us am ready to give more information . alredy we have acquired land for the project and through your advice I can send you the proposal for the same.
